Monday through Friday:
- Life tribute orders (accompanied by all text and photographs) placed by 12 noon in the customer's time zone will ship the same day via UPS Next Day Air service for next day delivery. Exceptions such as 12-page booklets (see below) will ship the following day.
- All proofs must be returned within 30 minutes of receipt to qualify for same-day production. Orders which do not receive final approval for press by 5:30pm CT will ship the following business day. **Orders shipping via FedEx must receive final approval for press by 4:00pm CT in order to ship the same day, due to carrier schedules. Orders returning proofs after closing time may incur an After Hours Charge for same-day production.
- In most areas, Saturday delivery is available at an additional cost. If Saturday delivery is not possible, the order will be scheduled for Monday delivery. Check with BerylMartin customer service for shipping details and options.
Saturday (and holidays observing Saturday hours):
- Life tribute orders (accompanied by all text and photographs) placed by 10 a.m. Central time on will ship the same day via UPS Next Day Air service for delivery on Monday, or on the next delivery day following a holiday.
- All proofs must be returned within 30 minutes of receipt to qualify for same-day production. Orders which do not receive final approval for press by 1:30pm CT will ship the following business day. Orders returning proofs after closing time may incur an After Hours Charge for same-day production.
- Orders that ship on Saturday incur additional weekend shipping costs. No orders are accepted or shipped on Sundays, or on holidays when BerylMartin is closed.
Please note that we must receive all text, photographs, and instructions by the appropriate deadline to proceed with your order.
For orders placed or confirmed AFTER the day's cutoff time, same-day production for qualifying items may still be available at the discretion of our Customer Service team. A "Super Service" rush charge will apply. See our Price Guide for details on Super Service charges by item.
Exceptions: Additional Production Days Required
The following products require one or more additional production days and are not included in our same-day shipping policy:
- 12-page and 16-page booklets;
- 8-page booklets with additional photos;
- any engraved crystal keepsake in quantities of 2 or more;
- engraved crystal keepsakes requiring 3D image conversion;
- customized designs, including color changes to our standard designs;
- any order requiring more than 2 rounds of proof due to customer changes;
- any order in which the final proofs are not approved for press by 5:30pm CT, or 30 minutes after the proof is provided, whichever is later.
